Land recycling
Active land recycling management is an important instrument within the scope of a sustainable development of a city and its surroundings. In particular, however, densely populated conurbations only have a limited amount of land available for development and adaptation and therefore high ecological, economic and social benefits can be achieved by clearance operations and the post-use of industrial sites and conversion areas. Weber Engineers offer the following services:
- Building audits and examination of building materials, e.g. asbestos, synthetic mineral fibres, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB), etc.
- Demolition and deconstruction planning
- Tendering and technical monitoring of demolition measures
- Health and safety at work and perimeter protection (TRGS 519, BGR 128)
- Recycling and disposal management (electronic waste management system).
